Payment & Shipping
We can accept payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, Paypal or Credit Card (via the Paypal payment option - please note that it is NOT necessary to create a Paypal account). We use the Paypal Credit Card facility as we believe it gives you increased security paying online. Via this system Monsoon Weave do not receive your credit card details, your payment simply shows up in our Paypal account with your order details.
All fabric must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
We will always try to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of payment. However, please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your fabric purchase inside Australia before contacting Monsoon Weave.
Upon receipt of payment we will pack and ship all orders over $25 free-of-charge (Australia-wide) with Australia Post (excludes wholesale orders). Orders under $25 shipped within Australia will attract a $4 flat-rate postage & handling fee.
We are happy to ship your order internationally. Please email us with your order details and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. From there you can decide whether you wish to continue with your order or not. Some approximate shipping costs for international orders are shown below:
