Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know so that we can look after you straight away.
We understand that buying over the internet restricts you from seeing and touching our fabrics prior to purchasing. We will happily exchange or refund any returns (excepting for sale items) if they are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition. Please make contact with us by email prior to posting the item. All contact details can be found in the “Contact Us” page of this website.
Please note that you are responsible for delivering any return item/s securely to Monsoon Weave and also for the payment of the postage on the returned fabric if it is not faulty.
Monsoon Weave is committed to providing quality handmade fabrics to our clients. It should be noted that handmade fabrics are valuable in their uniqueness and will sometimes have variations in the regularity of embroidery, block printing or weave. These slight variations will not be constituted as “seconds” or “faulty”, nor considered for a discount based on any irregularity.
All goods must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your purchase inside Australia before contacting Monsoon Weave.
Upon receipt of payment Monsoon Weave will pack and ship all orders over $22.50 free-of-charge (Australia-wide) with Australia Post (excludes wholesale orders). Orders under $22.50 shipped within Australia will attract a $4 flat-rate postage & handling fee.
Requests for samples will be considered on an individual basis to wholesale customers only.

Your off-line information is also protected and is accessible only to authorised personnel.
